As your mentor, I, Jessie Lee #BossLee, will provide my expertise, guidance, templates, and frameworks needed to build a successful business using online strategies. I will give the best I can in order to make sure you succeed. At the same time, you acknowledge that it will be necessary for you to take action and implement the ideas and steps we agree upon.
I will bring attentive listening, understanding, and belief in you when you may have a hard time believing in yourself. You can expect me to offer fresh perspectives, make requests, suggest action steps, acknowledge your wins, and guarantee utmost confidentiality in our powerful mentoring relationship.
I cannot guarantee specific results, however, I have seen numerous client’s powerful results by having the courage and determination to apply the strategies we discuss. My experience has shown over and over again that this works if you work it!
The client agrees to the following:
I agree to be 100% coachable during the coaching program, so I can maximize the results for my business.
I agree to take an active role in the process by being absolutely honest with myself. I understand that completing anything I’ve committed to will greatly enhance my learning, and will do my best to complete them all, in the time agreed upon.
I understand that I am absolutely responsible for my own life, actions and success, and that I will attend the program with this in mind.
I understand that I will need to move out of my comfort zone to have any type of significant breakthrough and see significant results.
I agree to take 100% responsibility for my complete understanding of and agreement with all the points above. I understand that by honoring these agreements and undertakings, I greatly increase the effectiveness of the mentoring process and the results I can expect.
Due to the nature of this mentoring process, I understand that there will be no refunds of any payments made full, deposit, installments on this program.
I understand that all of my personal information, including anything discussed, is strictly confidential. My information will not be shared outside the normal business processing of intake forms, credit card information, etc., and no information will be shared with anyone who is not an employee or business associate of BossLee Accelerator LCC
Coaching Fees
This program, including everything outlined above for the price of:
Accelerator Level: $297/month or $2,970/year
Platinum Level: $2,497/month or $19,997/year
I have read this form and know that as a client, I am personally responsible for the actions I take. As such, I do not hold Jessie Lee, BossLee Accelerator LCC, or employees of BossLee Accelerator LCC liable for consequences of my actions, or lack thereof. I understand that Jessie Lee is not an Employment Agent, Business Manager, Lawyer or Financial Consultant. I understand that Jessie Lee and representatives of BossLee Accelerator LCC are not licensed psychotherapists and will not diagnose or treat mental or emotional disorders.
REFUND POLICY:
The BossLee Accelerator program is non-refundable under any circumstance (point 6 of this contract), and by signing this agreement, you understand and agree to it being non-refundable.
